What's involved in this role:

We are looking for Maintenance Technicians in Hull, Iowa.

The Maintenance Technician performs routine and break down maintenance on processing and packaging equipment and is responsible for keeping the plant running and in compliance with all rules and regulations by using safe methods of equipment repair/upkeep. Efficiently performs electrical wiring, repairs/replaces valves and pumps, performs sanitary welding and moderate pipe fitting, performs utility inspections, as well as performs and assists in repairing, updating and/or installing equipment.

• Day Shift Available (5a - 5p)
• Night Shift Available (5p - 5 a)
• + $1.50 shift differential
• 2-2-3 rotational schedule
  • Work only 14 days per month and get a long weekend every other weekend!
• Double time on Sunday and holidays
• Shift differential

What you need to join our team:

• Ability to walk, stand, bend and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude required.
• Minimum four (4) years of industrial maintenance experience required for highest end of pay scale.
• Willingness to learn and work as a team
• Desire to grow with a stable company

• Our Hull, Iowa, plant is home to approximately 180 employees. We produce mozzarella, parmesan, romano, cheddar, gouda, and Monterey Jack cheeses as well as various whey streams.
