Role Overview: This position is responsible to labor and to safely control the movement of vehicular traffic through construction projects. Will need to display a professional and courteous attitude with customers and team members. DUTIES AND/OR RESPONSIBILITIES 1.Safely directs movement of traffic through site, using sign, hand and flag signals. 2.Rotate holding flag and operating the pilot car. 3.Signals operators of construction equipment to facilitate alignment, movement and adjustment of machinery to conform to grade specifications. 4.Perform flagging or laboring duties as needed. 5.May operate small powered hand tools. 6.May operate skid loader. 7.Hook-up and unhook small trailer to pick-up. 8.Fill sandbags. 9.Communicated effectively (verbal, listening, written) and work with people under high stress situations. Self-motivated, team-player with good interpersonal skills; ability to maintain positive customer relations and act courteous/respectful of others. Monitor and discuss production problems with co-workers and managers/supervisors. 10.Ensure OSHA, Safety and Environmental regulation compliance. 11.Perform other duties as assigned. This is a seasonal position, you can use your winters off to travel, hunt, fish or for other activities you enjoy while your benefits continue year round. |

EDUCATION AND/OR WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS 1.Maintain valid driver's license with acceptable driving record required. 2.Ability to work Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 7:00 PM with Saturday as needed. |
