WHO WE ARE

The Content and Marketing Studio within Hallmark Cards is an in-house agency respected by clients and organizations inside and outside of Hallmark's headquarters. It is comprised of Hallmark brand experts who deliver strategic, award-winning work that directly influences the company's bottom line. We're looking for talented creative professionals who want to help create an experience that will make everyone fall in love with the Hallmark brand. We are responsible for brand building, creative leadership and consumer activation, including: Multi-tactical marketing campaigns (print, digital, direct, videos and content) and Brand direction for Hallmark marketing (packaging, marketing, visual merchandising, digital).

WHAT THIS ROLE ENTAILS AND HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE

The Senior Account Leader serves as the primary lead and liaison between the Studio and all assigned partners. Working in conjunction with an Account Manager, Account Leader, Traffic Coordinator and creative team, the Senior Account Leader facilitates strategic development and creative solutions on assigned accounts. The individual in this role must understand consumer behavior to bring innovation and consumer insights to creative execution that will best activate and engage consumers. They are the funnel for new, incoming work and ensure that creative briefs are sound, strategic and thorough, and that the Studio has covered all aspects of the project to support creative execution. They gather all relevant project information and partner with the Account Manager or Business Ops Manager in evaluating project priority and creative resource assignment of new work requests. As the link between the Studio and partner, the Sr Account Leader may help present creative solutions and also deliver estimated costs back to the partner. This role will influence account strategies and plans, manage complex issues related to executing the plan and ensure timely, on budget delivery of product with high quality results, partnering at every stage of the project and to ensure the work stays on track to the provided strategy.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

The following is required to be considered for this role:

  • Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of professional work experience
  • 4 years client agency experience in traffic, account management, or client account services OR 4 years of Hallmark multi-studio experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Your resume/application will stand out if you have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing or advertising
  • Previous print, social and/or digital commercialization marketing experience
  • Previous experience facilitating meetings and giving presentations/pitches
  • Strong interpersonal skills - ability to work with diverse internal and external partners
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills - able to effectively communicate with key business partners
